- Sarra Cottage is believed to originally date back to around 1740.

A Grade 2 listed detached building, it has a thatched roof and is built in the traditional Lincolnshire ‘Mud & Stud’ construction..The cottage is a quaint mixture of old and new. The original cottage has low beams and narrow doors while the more modern extensions house a kitchen, bathroom and conservatory.
Bed Room 2 has an en-suite toilet and wash hand basin. It is accessible from the rear garden; there is no access from the main cottage building.
Built on 1 level there are some steps between the rooms.
The cottage has gas fired central heating throughout. This also heats the hot water. There is a back-up electric hot water immersion heater.
Naked flames are not compatible with a thatched roof so please, no smoking, no candles and no BBQs.
